SHIPPING:

Lightnation offers free delivery for orders over £100 to anywhere in mainland UK
For orders under £100, there is a £3.99 carriage charge.
For delivery outside the UK please get in contact and we can quote you a price. We can deliver worldwide at very competetive rates.
Lightnation always pack orders securely and ensure that all goods reach there destination intact and in excellent condition.
If we receive orders before 2 o'clock, we will dispatch that day (assuming we have sufficient stock), using a next day delivery service. If you require a delivery before 12am the next day, we can arrange that no problem, but at a delivery charge of £18 if the order is below £100, or £8 if the order is over £100.

RETURNS:

Returns can be made if the product is faulty or damaged in transit and a replacement sent out straight away.
All returns must be notified within 2 days of receipt of goods.
You can contact Lightnation to report any returns by calling 07815 953801 or by completing the contact us form.
Replacements are at the discretion of Lightnation
